Shipping Policy
For addresses in British Columbia (BC), Canada: A standard shipping fee of CAD 9.9 applies, with free shipping on orders over CAD 200.
For addresses in Canada (excluding BC): The standard shipping fee is CAD 16.9, with free shipping on orders over CAD 200.
For addresses in the USA: The standard shipping fee is CAD 30.
Other international addresses(Jellycat EXCLUDED): The standard shipping fee is CAD 200. Please contact info@cemarose.ca for shipping details before placing your order.
Please note: Jellycat products will NOT ship outside Canada.
Shipping Method
Cemarose ships within Canada only via Canada Post. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been processed, and another email with tracking number will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
Please allow 1-5 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. Please note that Cemarose reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any order your place with us, or to limit quantities of any merchandise without giving any reason.
Cemarose will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery. All items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to pick up your order from our retail store, please make sure to choose "STORE PICK UP" as your shipping option when you check out. Once your order is processed and ready for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent to you. You can then pick up your order from our store. For our store locations and opening hours, please visit the Contact Us page for more details. Please note that there may be unforeseen circumstances causing us to close the store during opening hours. Shipping Fees
CAD$9.9 will be charged for shipping for orders mailed to a BC address, and CAD$16.9 will be charged for the rest of Canada. We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over CAD$200 before tax and after all discounts. This will be applied automatically at checkout. It cannot be applied to previous or future orders, and is not redeemable for cash or credit in any way. Other restrictions may apply.
CAD$30 will be charged for shipping for orders mailed to an American address.
Please note that Canada Post does NOT deliver to post office boxes.
Please note that Cémarose does NOT hold responsibility for delayed shipments or lost/stolen packages.
Customs & Import Duties
Please note that all customs duties, taxes, and related charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country. Customers are responsible for any import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or additional fees that may apply outside of Canada. These costs are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
U.S. customs regulations and duties are subject to change based on international trade policies. Our shipping policies may be updated accordingly to reflect these changes.
Payment Methods
All orders will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Cemarose only accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for online orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with Cemarose. We hope you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange regular-priced merchandise within 15 days of the delivery date, You may also choose to receive store credit for the refunded amount, which can be used toward future Cemarose purchases.
Please note that all original tags must be attached for returns or exchanges to be accepted. We cannot accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Also, exchanges are permitted once per customer, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please be advised that all marked-down items, accessories, toys, Jellycat products, underwear, socks, items discounted 30% or more, and skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you need to return an item, please contact us first to obtain authorization via email. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of your invoice and mail the authorized return at your own expense.to:
